The following is a carefully thought-out and curated list of the questions that several customers have asked in the past. If you have a question for us, please go through our list before getting in touch. How do I order a unit? 

All details are on the Order Procedure page together with the payment conditions. 

How do I check the condition of the unit? 

Photographs will be attached with details of each unit. If there are any visible dents or scratches, we will attach photos of the same. Each unit is checked thoroughly by our mechanic. We only offer units which are safe do drive.

When will my unit be shipped?

Shipment will be made immediately after we confirm receipt of the payment. Depending upon the destination, there are ships available weekly or even once a month. Shipping schedules are always available from us.

How long does it take for my unit to reach my destination?

Delivery times will depend on the destination but we will give you full information of ETD (estimated departure time) and ETA (estimated arrival time) as soon as we get the information from the carrier.

What documents will I receive? 

Following documents will be sent to you after we confirm the full payment:

  • -Invoice

  • -Bill of Lading

  • -Deregistration Certificate (Original in Japanese)

  • -Inspection Certificate (depending upon destination)

How can I keep track of my documents once they are dispatched?

We will send you the tracking no. for the package of documents immediately after they are sent. You can present the tracking no. to the local courier office to get quick delivery of the package.

How can I clear the unit?

Please contact your local agent to clear and register the unit at your end.
