How it works
- Register for free on our auction platform — name, company, country and phone.
- Our team verifies your details — typically within one business day.
- Once approved, log in and browse the live auction listings yourself.
- Send us the lot numbers you like; we inspect, advise on grade, and bid.
- Win the unit, and we handle payment, inspection, shipping and documents.
Reading auction grades
Japanese auctions grade every vehicle from 5 (near new) down to R (repaired). Exterior and interior get letter grades A–D. We'll walk you through the sheet on any lot you're considering.

Deposit before you bid. Refundable until you win.
Membership is free. An advance deposit, based on the vehicle price, is required before we place any bid — refunded any time before a bid succeeds, or applied to your invoice when you buy.

- Free membership — your details are used only for invoices and export documents, never shared.
- Deposit first — sent before any bidding, to our Japan bank account only.
- Refundable any time before the bidding is succeeded (bank charges deducted).
- Cancel after winning — the deposit for that price band is forfeited.
- Optional extras on request: inspection (JAVIC, JAAI, EAA), container packing.

Advance deposit
A 100% refundable deposit — it simply avoids last-minute cancellations once a vehicle is bought.

Place bid
Search the live auction and send us your bid request. We bid on your behalf in the Japanese auto auction.
- 03
Full payment
Bid won — congratulations. Transfer the balance as per our invoice to our Japan bank account or Wise.
- 04
Shipment
We arrange the next available sailing and prepare all documentation once payment is received.
- 05
Receive vehicle
Collect your vehicle and complete customs clearance at your destination port. Enjoy your car.
