Advance deposit

A 100% refundable deposit — it simply avoids last-minute cancellations once a vehicle is bought.

Place bid

Search the live auction and send us your bid request. We bid on your behalf in the Japanese auto auction.
03

Full payment

Bid won — congratulations. Transfer the balance as per our invoice to our Japan bank account or Wise.
04

Shipment

We arrange the next available sailing and prepare all documentation once payment is received.
05

Receive vehicle

Collect your vehicle and complete customs clearance at your destination port. Enjoy your car.

Send a request through the form or WhatsApp with make, model, year range, budget and destination port. If you're a verified member, send us lot numbers directly from the auction view. A 100% refundable deposit secures your bidding — it's returned or applied to your purchase.

Place bid

Quotation & bidding

You receive a proforma invoice before we bid. We quote FOB (vehicle price + Japan-side costs; you arrange shipping) or CIF / C&F (delivered to your port, with or without insurance). Every line is itemized. Once you approve, we bid on your behalf at the Japanese auto auction.

Payment

Bid won — congratulations. Transfer the balance as per your invoice by bank transfer (T/T) to our Mizuho Bank account in Kobe, or by Wise in GBP or EUR. We never accept payment to personal accounts and we never change bank details by email — if you receive such a request, call us.

Shipment

Inspection, preparation & shipping

Our mechanic inspects the vehicle. Pre-export inspection (JEVIC, QISJ, JAAI etc.) is arranged where your country requires it, and you receive photos and videos at each stage. We book RoRo or container space on the next available sailing and send you the vessel name, ETD and ETA.

Documents couriered by DHL before arrival: Bill of Lading, Export Certificate, invoice, inspection certificate
Transit: 1–9 weeks depending on destination

Receive vehicle

Arrival

Clear customs with your documents and drive away. Need a clearing agent? Ask us — we can recommend partners in most major ports, and buyers in Pakistan can be supported through our local representative.
